  • Hotel occupancy rates in the Yukon have stayed about the same over time, but they change a lot with the seasons.
  • Hotel prices are highest from May to September 2024, averaging over $200 per night, while in winter, they drop to around $160.
  • In the summer, the average daily rate (ADR) has gone up by 27%, from $165 in 2019 to $210 in 2024.
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR) has increased by 26%, from $143 in 2019 to about $180 in 2024.
