Hotel occupancy rates, average daily rates, and revenue per available room help us understand how well the hotel sector is performing.

Hotel occupancy rates in the Yukon have stayed about the same over time, but they change a lot with the seasons.
Hotel prices are highest from May to September 2024, averaging over $200 per night, while in winter, they drop to around $160.
In the summer, the average daily rate (ADR) has gone up by 27%, from $165 in 2019 to $210 in 2024.
Revenue per available room (RevPAR) has increased by 26%, from $143 in 2019 to about $180 in 2024.
These trends show that the Yukon's hotel industry is recovering well and that visitors are willing to pay more during busy travel months.
